1. Application form for account opening
2. Agreement on account opening and maintaining
3. Decision on entering into the register of the competent body (not older than three months)
4. Act established by an authorized body on registration if the registration for certain legal entity is not required and if it is registered directly according to the Law, which is documented by the relevant excerpt from the law.
5. Notification of the authority responsible for statistics on classification of the activities, if it is classified by the authority responsible for statistics
6. Document of the competent authority containing tax identification number (TIN)
7. Certified signatures of the persons authorized to act as agents (OP form)
8. List of authorized signatures of persons authorized to manage the funds on the account signed by legal representative, certified by the seal that will be used for payment instruments
9. Authorization to debit the account

Status documentation required to open a foreign currency account is the same as the documentation for opening of the dinar account. To open foreign currency account with Credy Banka, in addition to your dinar account, is required:

3. Certified signatures of the persons authorized to act as agents (OP form)
4. List of authorized signatures for foreign currency account
5. General authorization
