Foreign Payment Operations

Fair and professional relationships with banks of many countries in the world where our bank has opened foreign currency accounts is a good basis for successful execution of payment transactions.
Collections from abroad
The inflow of funds from abroad to individuals and legal entities is done through vostro-payment orders. In each of our branches you can get instructions for directing the inflow. On the receipt of the inflow the Bank immediately notifies users (exporters) by e-mail, fax or e-banking, and upon receipt of data for entry (title, tally, other documentation) that are required to arrive 24 hours after receipt of the notice, the Bank makes an entry of inflow, without delay, under appropriate value date. Collections from Kosovo
Inflows from Kosovo are processed in accordance with the Law on temporary performance of certain activities at the territory of Serbia. At the moment of delivery of data for inflow processing, the Bank transfers foreign exchange to the NBS. Upon the approval of assets from NBS, the Bank makes the entry of an equivalent in dinars on the account of a client. Collections from Kosovo can be effected in effective foreign money. International payments
correspondent banks abroad. Orders received by 2 o’clock p.m. are performed on the same day.
You only need to submit relevant documentation:
- Payment order for international payments
- Invoice
- Contract or other necessary documents, depending on the payment obligations
Payment order and documents can be submitted in person, by fax, mail or electronically. For the execution of orders to foreign countries, you can use existing funds from your foreign exchange account, and you can also contact the Bank with a request to purchase foreign currency.
Foreign exchange payments in the country
Transfer of foreign currency between residents and nonresidents in the country is possible on the following basis:
- Selling or renting real estate
- Repayment of foreign loans in the country
- Collection of life insurance premiums
- Purchase and sale of domestic securities denominated in foreign currency
- Other tasks in accordance with the Law on Foreign Exchange
