11. Mar 2010. Credy Bank has become a member of Nova KBM Group

On March 5th  Shareholders Contract between the Republic of Serbia and Nova Kreditna Mariborska Banka d.d. (Nova NKBM) was signed and thereby increased share capital of Credy Bank AD Kragujevac. Through the inscription of shares worth approximately 10 million EUR  Nova KBM became a majority shareholder and owner of 55,10% of shares. Credy Bank became 14th member of the Group of Nova KBM, leading financial group in the region. The headquarters of the bank will remain in Kragujevac.
Shareholders Contract between the Republic of Serbia and Nova Kreditna Mariborska Banka d.d. was signed by the Serbian Minister of Finance, Diana Dragutinovic and the President of the Management Board of Nova KBM Matjaz Kovacic, as well as the members of the Management Board of Nova KBM Manja Skernisak and Andrej Plos. more...

28. Feb 2007. Prizes for Credy bank's calendars again

On the Eleventh Exhibition of Calendars and New Years greetings in Novi Sad, Credy bank won the third prize for desktop calendar and for the series of pocket calendars. The author of the calendars is Ph.D. Slobodan Stetic.
