...CHANGE THE PASSWORD?

After logging in, click on the option User's Service and menu will appear where you have to click on the option Change Password. In the field Old Password insert your current password. In the field New Password insert the password you want and confirm in the next field and click on 'change'.

... SYNCHRONIZE?

In the menu General Actions choose the option Synchronization. On the page for synchronization, click on Synchronization. Wait until a message appears confirming that the order processing has been finished.

... ACCESS TO THE STATEMENTS?

After you have logged in and finished synchronization, choose the option My Accounts, and then choose the account. The menu Handling the Account is on the left - choose the option Statements and you will have the list of the chosen statements. The statement of the day before is automatically undertaken. In case that a statement is 'missing', update the list of statements (see 'How to update the list of statements?'). Select the statement you want to see and if the status Evidenced appears, click on Mark for Synchronization, which is in the left corner on the bottom of the page. Answer: 'Yes' to the question 'Do you want to mark the chosen statements of account for synchronization?' than synchronize. After successful synchronization, go to Statements where you will see that the status of the chosen statement has been changed from 'Evidenced' to 'Completed'. Mark the completed statement that you have chosen and choose Print for printing, or double click to enter to view each item of the statement.

Advice: for printing the statement of account, choose landscape paper orientation when settling the printer.

... SEE MY BALANCE ACCOUNT?

After logging in, chose the option My Accounts and click on the account and you will get, besides from other information, the balance on your account. It is not the current balance. It is the balance from your last statement of account. If you want to get current balance, in Statements mark 'current statement' for synchronization, than synchronize (see 'How to see daily turnover') and the current statement will show you the new potential balance (the balance after the order you have eventually sent, but hasn't been completely realized). Next to that there is an option to automatically take the current balance after each synchronization. What you need to do is to chose, in the vertical menu, option System actions and than chose settle and after it in the section general mark Update account balance.

... UPDATE THE LIST OF STATEMENTS?

After logging in, choose the option My Account, and then choose the account. On the left is the menu Handling the Account - choose the option Statements. On the menus on the left will appear a submenu Various Actions where you should click on the option Updating List of Statements and confirm that you want to update the list of statements in the next synchronization. The next move is to synchronize. Again, go to Statements and you will get the updated list of statements.

... SEE DAILY CHANGES (CURRENT STATEMENT) ON THE ACCOUNT?

After logging in, choose the option My Accounts, and then choose the account. On the left is Handling the Account - choose the option Statements. In the list of statements you will find current statement (statement no. 0). Select it and click on 'Mark for Synchronization', in the left corner on the bottom of the page. Answer: 'Yes' to the question 'Do you want to mark the chosen statements for synchronization?' Than synchronize. Again, go to Statements, and double-click current statement and you will get daily changes on your account. Also you can check the option to automatically take the current updated statement after each synchronization. What you need to do is to chose, in the vertical menu, option System actions and than chose settle and after it in the section general mark Update daily balance and changes.

... SEND AN ORDER?

After logging in, choose the option My Accounts (menu on the left), and then choose the account. On the left is the menu Handling the Account - choose the option Transfer Order. In the menus on the left will later appear a submenu Various Actions where you should click on the option New Order. Then, you have to fill in necessary fields, where the FX application may help you (see 'How to make a fast and easy input?). After this, it is necessary to save the order (click on 'Save' on the bottom of the order). Then, this order has to be validated by selecting it (again in Transfer Order) and click on 'Validate' which is in the left on the bottom of the page. Now, it is necessary to go to 'Mail' (menu on the left) and there you will see the order you have created. It has to be selected and than click on 'Sign the Chosen'. In the window that appears you have to insert your password and click on 'Sign'. Your order is ready to be sent. The only thing that has to be done is to synchronize.

... MAKE A FAST AND EASY ORDER INPUT?

Purpose of payment: if in the order you are creating you click on the field for insert payment code and push button F3, a menu will appear with accessible payment codes. Creditor: if in the order you are creating you click on the field for creditor input and press button F3, a menu will appear, so it is only necessary to choose the item you want. Pattern: When you create an order you can save it as a pattern by a simple click on 'add pattern'. Insert the name of the pattern and the description (optionally). Later this pattern you may use when creating orders - go to My Accounts, Orders, New pattern and choose the pattern you want.

...FORMAT PACKAGE OF ORDERS?

After validating at least two orders for transfer, on the page Mail click on Add Package. The window will appear for formatting packages. In the field Description of Packages put the relevant name for the package of messages. From the falling list Account, chose the account for which you want to do forming of package (in package there could be only payment orders with same number of the current account of the Ordering Customer). For adding all the unsigned messages from the Inbox into package, chose the option Add all, for adding marked, chose Add Selected, for forming new package - Create Empty. By choosing the option Save and sign, the package is ready for sending, and if you chose only Save, the order will have to be signed latter, before synchronization. When the package is saved, but not signed, it can be changed by clicking on Update package, when the window is appearing in which you can add, erase data and sign the package. Erase will remove all the messages from the package.

...PRINT STATEMENT?

While printing statement or the current statement select the statement you want and chose the option print in the vertical menu. The statement will be printed out in form you have chosen for selecting in system application › setting› general. In case you open the statement and after it chose option print, the statement will be printed according to the chronology of tasks.
