Therefore, please find bellow several useful advice:

  • Pay attention weather you have entered your user name and password (you have received along with your SmartCard) correctly, in the requested fields;
  • Pay attention weather the option for capital letters (Caps Lock) is switched off. Data are being typed only in small letters.
  • You are obliged to mark the option for type of media, where your digital certificate is located - next to the field for entering user name and password (i.e. if it is SmartCard you need to click the option for SmartCard).
